Sweet Sisters -- Fall Edition

The girls and I went to the Riverwalk Sunday afternoon for a fall photo shoot and just to have some fun. The fall leaves are so pretty this time of year. Isn't God a talented artist? Amazing - that's what my God is. The girls had a great time exploring, and they were so sweet to let me take a ton of pictures. I am so sorry I posted so many. I just had too many favorites. Plus, I think all the pictures put together tell a sweet story of the sweet sisterly love my girls have for each other. Life is just too busy, but when God reminds me to slow down and just take it all in, I find that I have so much to be thankful for. My cup truly runneth over. Hope you all have a fantastic Thanksgiving. I am sure I will have more photos to post after the holiday weekend.

Our Boxes

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. We have had a lot going on, but nothing really to take pictures of or blog, except Amanda took our family Christmas card pictures a week or so ago. They turned out great. I will blog them after I send out our Christmas cards, although I am dying to post them now! Below is a picture of the girls with the Project Christmas Child shoeboxes they filled for church. They had the best time shopping at the Dollar Tree to fill theses boxes that will be given to two little girls not as fortunate as them.

The Vote

The girls went with me to vote last night after work. They love going with me and being a part of the process. They also love getting their "I Voted" stickers. It is important to me to teach our children that voting is both a right as an American to have your voice heard and a responsibility to make prayerful, informed decisions.

More Cheerleading

Here are a few more cheerleading shots. Anna Kate had a home game to cheer for Saturday. These are pictures of their halftime dance number. It's really cute.
Anna Kate is on the back row on the far right.
This time she was on the front of her pyramid. They take turns on who gets to be on top.
Looking pretty good.
To begin the fourth quarter, the cheerleaders do a cheer in a huddle. It's cute.
Here's another one of the huddle cheer.
Just a fun shot of them all together.
Another fun shot. Anna Kate has had a great time cheering this year. This was the last regular season home game. Her team won! Next are the playoffs and superbowl.
When we got home, Anna Kate was still in the picture-taking mood, so I snapped a few quick ones before she changed out of her uniform.
