Tim (running his John Deere loader) is featured on the July page of John Deere's 2011 calendar. Some photographers came back out to the woods a couple of weeks ago to take more pictures for a John Deere magazine article that should be coming out soon. I guess my man is turning into a celebrity!

DNow Weekend

Anna Kate had a great time this weekend participating our church's DNow Weekend for the youth. The theme was "In Step," specifically to be in step with the Holy Spirit. My prayer is that she gained a lot of God's truth this weekend and will find ways to apply it to her life.

Happy Birthday Philip!

Our girls had a great time playing with Philip and the other O'Bryant cousins at Philip's 5th birthday party at Bullets. His Toy Story 3 shirt and birthday cake were so cute. Happy Birthday, Philip. We love you!

Tim's Trip to Canada

Tim went to Canada last week to be a consultant for a new logging machine John Deere is making. He was one of 15 chosen world-wide to participate. I am so proud of him for that.

He left snow in Mississippi to encounter even more snow in Canada. They woke up Wednesday morning to a big snow and drove a good distance in these conditions to view a job site.

Here's Tim standing in the snow at the job site. He spent the next day at the John Deere factory taking a tour and in meetings. The girls and I are so glad to have him back!

Trojan Idol

Emma participated in last night's Trojan Idol at the school. The event benefited the Relay for Life.

 She did a routine to Camp Rock's "We Rock." It included dance,

 jumprope,

 hola hoop,

 and the big rope.

 She did a fantastic job.

 All the participates did so good and were fun to watch.

She was so proud of her little trophy, and we were so proud of her.

Happy New Year's! I can't believe 2010 went by so fast. It was a great year, and I am praying for and anticipating even greater things in 2011. Wishing all of you the very best!
